Refund policy
At Vitafer & Biqfel, we want you to have an excellent shopping experience. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, here is our refund policy.
1. Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving the product.
For the item to be eligible for return, it must meet the following requirements:
- It must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as when it was received.
- It must include the original packaging and any included accessories or contents.
We do not accept returns of:
- Opened, used or tampered products.
- Items on sale or final sale items.
- Personal consumption products that cannot be resold for health reasons.
2. Refunds
Once we receive and review your item, we will send you an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of the refund.
If approved:
- The refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.
- The time it takes to see the refund reflected depends on the bank or issuing entity (between 3 and 10 business days).
3. Return shipments
- Shipping costs for returning a product are the responsibility of the customer, except when the return is due to an error on our part (incorrect or defective product).
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- We recommend using a shipping service with a tracking number, as we cannot guarantee receipt of the package without tracking.
4. Damaged or defective products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package.
- Please attach clear photos of the product and packaging.
- We will send you an immediate solution (replacement or refund).
5. Packages returned due to incorrect address
If the package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer:
- The customer is responsible for paying for the new shipment.
- If you prefer a refund, it will be issued when the package is returned to our facilities (excluding shipping costs).
6. Order Cancellation
Cancellations can only be made before the order has been processed or shipped.
Once the package is in transit, you will need to wait for it to arrive before requesting a return.
